Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the order. However, amid current circumstances of COVID-19, order shipment may get delayed. We will keep you informed via email or telephone about any significant delay in your order. Standard shipping charges are applicable to all orders. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an issues with the inventory or other internal issues related to delivery or inter-state regulations. We will keep you updated about any changes or cancellation of your order and we will offer you an opportunity of refund. As of now, we are shipping all orders located within India.

Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

If you believe you have received a wrong/damaged item, you can apply for a return/exchange of the product till 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. However, these conditions must be met for the return/exchange to process smoothly:

  1. Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. Item must be in the original packaging with all tags/stickers attached.
  3. Receipt/Proof of purchase must be there with the item.
  4. An exchange/return request should be raised via email quoting order number along with a photograph of the product.
Note: There will be no exchange or return of item which will be customised or made-to-order. We will arrange for the order pick-up for return/exchange from the place of delivery. However, if there is no service near your place of delivery, customer is required to send the product by themselves. Refund will be processed after we receive the item. We will refund the amount in our bank account within 7-8 business days. However, cost for shipping on exchange of an item has to be borne by the customer. We only Exchange a Product for once and when informed within 2 Working Days. Exchange shipping Cost has to be born by the client. InBreathe will not be responsible for any loss/theft during transit of the package courier sent by you. Exchange/Return will be only accepted once.​                                                 

In case of complaints regarding products please send us an email at mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.
